All products manufactured under the Essential Pet Products™ or RoamEO™
name come with a manufacturers warranty against defects in materials
and workmanship. As a distributor we will provide you with a 30 day
satisfaction guarantee. Simply contact us to arrange for a return or
exchange of your product.
Essential Pet Products™
If within the first year of ownership, your purchase is found to be defective in parts or workmanship, Essential Pet Products™ will either repair of replace your item at no cost to you. Simply call 1-800-941-4200 for
return authorization. Any returns sent in without first receiving an
authorization number may be subject to processing fees. You may also
send an e-mail requesting an RMA to returns@essentialpetproducts.com
RoamEO™
White Bear Technologies warranties the RoamEO GPS Pet Location System
against defects and malfunctions in materials and workmanship, and
against failure to conform to the product's written specifications for
one (1) year from the date of original purchase.
We make no other express warranty or representation of any kind whatsoever concerning this product.
Any such defect, malfunction, or non-conformity
which occurs within one year from the date of your original purchase
will either be repaired without charge or replaced with a new product
identical or reasonably equivalent to this product, or your purchase
refunded, at our option, within a reasonable time after our receipt of
the defective product. This repair, or product replacement, or refund
is the exclusive remedy available to you against us for any defect,
malfunction, or non-conformity concerning our product or for any loss
or damage resulting from any other cause whatsoever.
This warranty does not apply in the following
circumstances: (1) if said defect is a result of negligence, accident,
misuse, or carelessness; (2) if the product has been connected,
installed, combined, altered, adjusted or handled in any manner other
than according to the instructions furnished with this product; or (3)
if the product has been serviced or repaired by anyone other than us.
Please note: You must retain your sales receipt proving your date of original purchase.
30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If within 30 days of your purchase you are not completely satisfied,
you may return your purchase for a complete refund minus any applicable
shipping charges. Provided that the product is in brand new, unused,
and salable condition. Any returns not meeting these criteria, or that
are beyond 30 days may be subject to additional restocking fees.
